Trial and billing
What is free, what the trial includes, and how to subscribe.
What is free
- Test mode is always free. Try everything on test data for as long as you like.
- Every Stripe account gets a free trial in live mode: 100 notes or 90 days, whichever comes first. The trial is shared by everyone who uses the app in your account, and it starts when someone starts it in the app, not when the app is installed.
When the trial ends
Nothing is lost. You can still read, edit, resolve and delete every note and task you have. To add new notes you need a plan.
Subscribing
Open the plans
In the app, follow the link to the plans, or go to Plans.
Create an account and subscribe
Subscribing needs an account on this site, so there is someone to send receipts to. Payment is handled by Stripe Checkout.
Log in from the app
Back in the Stripe Dashboard, choose Log in in the app and then Recheck my plan. The app unlocks for everyone in your Stripe account.
Only the person paying needs an account
Your teammates use the app without logging in anywhere. One plan covers every Stripe account its owner logs in from.
Managing your plan
Change plan, update your card or cancel at any time from your billing page. Uninstalling the app does not cancel a plan.
