Notes and tasks on your customers, invoices and payments, inside the Stripe Dashboard.
Notetaskerator is a Stripe App for support teams. It puts a notes panel on every customer, invoice and payment in your Stripe Dashboard, and gives your team one shared queue of the things that still need doing.
What you can do
- Write a note on a customer, an invoice or a payment, so the next person who opens that page knows what happened.
- Turn a note into a task when it needs follow-up: give it a priority and assign it to a teammate.
- Work the queue. The full-page view lists every open task, most urgent first, with filters for what is assigned to you and what nobody has picked up yet.
Everyone on the team sees the same notes
Notes belong to your Stripe account, not to the person who wrote them. Everyone who uses the app in your account can read, edit, resolve and delete every note.
Where to find it

On a customer, invoice or payment page, open the app from the Dashboard's app drawer. The task queue is the app's full-page view.
Test mode and live mode
Notes written in test mode stay in test mode, and notes written in live mode stay in live mode. Test mode is always free.
